These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. The Site is operated by Vanderburgh Foundation, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, purchasing a product, or using any services offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Digital Products Only

All products sold through this Site are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

  • All prices are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and purchase information.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically through download links, email delivery, or account-based access.

If you do not receive access to a purchased digital product, or if there is a technical delivery issue, please contact admin@vanderburghhouse.com. We will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver the product or restore access. Delivery issues do not entitle you to a refund.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Because all products sold are digital:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or returns are offered after purchase.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use the product, or perceived dissatisfaction.

We may offer exchanges in limited circumstances and at our sole discretion. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for additional details.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product for personal use or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product;

  • make the product available to third parties;

  • upload the product to file-sharing platforms or public forums;

  • remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates your license without notice.

All content on the Site, including digital products, text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Vanderburgh Foundation, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

9. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, feedback, comments, or other content, you grant Vanderburgh Foundation, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for lawful business purposes. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
