Digital Products – All Sales Final
Thank you for purchasing from our store. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Because all products sold in our store are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
No Returns or Refunds
Digital products are non-returnable.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use or access the product after delivery, or compatibility issues not caused by our platform. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a refund for digital content.
Exchanges (When Applicable)
In limited circumstances, we may offer an exchange at our sole discretion. Exchanges may be considered if:
1. You purchased the incorrect digital product, and
2. You contact us promptly after purchase, and
3. The product has not been substantially downloaded, accessed, or consumed
We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet these criteria.
Delivery Issues
If you experience an issue with delivery of your digital product, such as not receiving a download link or receiving a corrupted or inaccessible file, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to re-deliver the product. Delivery issues do not qualify for refunds but will be resolved through re-delivery whenever possible.
